Even when her character(s) smile/s, she still looks haunted, like the weight of the world's sins is on her shoulders. Her pain, her fears and her life's longing are all written across her face. This is subtle acting at its finest!
The way she cries breaks my heart. There is a vulnerability that makes me realize that she is still a helpless, haunted little Girl (in all her characters) that wants so much to be loved.

About ten minutes into the theater, there is the connection among all the characters - a powerful, calming, centering presence representing the resonating artist archetype. But they all want one thing - respect and love. They want to mean something to someone, anyone. This real, trye emotion was never lost in the performance limited to only two actors.
